Enjoy a morning of yoga, relaxation and meditation followed by a delicious seasonal and nutritious brunch.

Everybody is very welcome, whatever your experience of yoga. You may have never tried yoga, or have had a break from classes or you are a seasoned yogi! My teaching encourages you work with, not against ,your body. I offer adaptions for each pose so you can turn inwards and fully connect with how the pose feels and works best for your own unique body.

We also have the time to explore different yogic breathing techniques and then we drop into a deep relaxation followed by a guided meditation.

Yoga and Brunches take place on a Saturday morning at the beautiful Kilkenny Barn in the Cotswolds. The barn is conveniently situated near Burford, Cirencester, Northleach, Lechlade and Cheltenham.

Your brunch is carefully prepared by a super talented chef, Clare, who sources where possible organic and local product to bring you a feast for the body and the eyes!

We will request any dietary requirements before your Yoga and Brunch. All allergies can be catered for.

Your morning begins at 9.30am until 12.30pm. Please bring your own yoga mat and props if you have them (I do have some spares!)

Cost per person: £70 payable in advance (see below).
