Join me for a morning of yoga, relaxation and meditation to help kick start your New Year followed by a delicious nutritious brunch

We can all feel a bit sluggish after the festive season and this New Years workshop will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised. Enjoy poses to stretch and strengthen you; breathing practices to re-energise and refresh you and a deep relaxation practice to restore you.

We will also explore the ‘yogic’ version of a  ‘New Year’s Resolution’ – a Sankalpa. Most resolutions starts with the premise that you are not good enough. A yogic version is a positive affirmation you can call upon to remind you of your true nature – and this will guide your choices…. AND I  promise you will keep this!

Kilkenny Barn is a beautiful, warm and welcoming space surrounded by the Cotswold countryside and a perfect venue to recharge and renew.

So come along and let us resolve to start 2022 in a positive heart felt way!

How to book on this workshop:

Cost for the New Year Yoga and Brunch is £50pp.

This includes a 2 hour yoga practice to help restore and revitalise your body and mind. Everyone is welcome and the yoga is for everyone – whatever your ability or age.

We will then enjoy 2 course brunch with ingredients sourced locally and with a focus on health and nourishment to leave you feeling energised and replete.

From the A40 and Burford direction:

Take the 4425 signposted Aldsworth and continue along that road passing Aldsworth. Continue until you come to a cross roads signposted Eastington and Northleach. Turn right into this road and continue on until you see signs for ‘ Slow Children and Horses’ Kilkenny Barn is about 1 mile along this road on your right. Turn into the entrance and park next to the stables/sheds on the right. The barn is opposite.
