Autumn Yoga and Brunch 29th October 9.30am – 12.30pm

Join me for a morning of Autumn yoga, relaxation and meditation followed by a delicious nutritious brunch

With a change of season and the ending of British Summertime, this is a time for turning inwards and adjusting to the shorter days and longer nights. It is a time to slow down, to burn off excess energy and to foster groundedness and stability. From an Ayurveda perspective, this is a time of Vata – where we can feel agitated and anxious, a little cold, unsettled and ungrounded.

The yoga and meditation will help you acheive a state of balance through deep and slower practices that warm and release physical tension and soothe overactive minds. Our delicious brunch will also be themed around calming Vata through with warm and deeply nourishing food and drinks to soothe and balance.

Kilkenny Barn is a beautiful, warm and welcoming space surrounded by the Cotswold countryside and a perfect venue for us to practice our yoga, enjoy each others company and be fed by my amazing friend and chef.

How to book on this workshop:

Cost for the Autumn Yoga and Brunch is £60pp.

This includes a 2 hour yoga practice to help restore and revitalise your body and mind. Everyone is welcome and the yoga is for everyone – whatever your ability or age.

We will then enjoy 2 course brunch with ingredients sourced locally and with a focus on health and nourishment to leave you feeling soothed and replete.

From the A40 and Burford direction:

Take the 4425 signposted Aldsworth and continue along that road passing Aldsworth. Continue until you come to a cross roads signposted Eastington and Northleach. Turn right into this road and continue on until you see signs for ‘ Slow Children and Horses’ Kilkenny Barn is about 1 mile along this road on your right. Turn into the entrance and park next to the stables/sheds on the right. The barn is opposite.
