Thank you for registering for your yoga course. The following is some information about your classes.
Please arrive in plenty of time for your class – around 10 minutes before the class starts is ideal to enable you to get settled and on your mat. Please also avoid needing to leave the class ( unless absolutely necessary) before the class has finished to ensure you do not distrub your fellow yogis.
Covid-19 guidelines:
- Please do not attend class if your are feeling ill, have symptoms of coronavirus or are living with a vunerable person.
- Social distancing of 1.5m will be adhered to when spacing the mats.
- Please bring your own mats and props ( see below)
- Hand sanitiser will be available for you to use on arrival and whilst you are in the Barn
- Please leave your shoes at the entrance
- Toilet facilities are available and are sanitised before each class.
What to bring:
Your own yoga mat.
A blanket
Your own eye pillow (optional)
2 yoga bricks and 1 yoga block
Yoga belt
Yoga bolster
A water bottle.
What to wear:
Be comfortable! Wear clothing that enables you to move freely and easily without distraction. The most important thing is that you are comfortable. I find having a couple of layers a good idea.
But most of all – enjoy your class and being with each other!
Directions to Kilkenny Barn
Kilkenny barn is a traditional 18th century threshing barn. It is set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the picturesque Leach valley. This rural location is based between the Cotswold villages of Bibury and Aldsworth. It is easily accessible from London and Cheltenham and 8 miles from both Burford and Cirencester.
