Join me for a morning of yoga,relaxation and meditation to help kick start your New Year.

We can all feel a bit sluggish after the festive season and this New Years workshop will leave you feeling refreshed and re – energised.  Enjoy poses to stretch and strengthen  you; breathing practices to re-energise and refresh you and a deep relaxation practice to restore you.

We will also explore the ‘yogic’ version of a  ‘New Year’s Resolution’. – a Sankalpa. Most resolutions starts with the premise that you are not good enough. A yogic version is a positive affirmation you can call upon to remind you of your true nature – and this will guide your choices…. AND I  promise you will keep this!

So come along and let us resolve to start 2019 in a positive heart felt way!

How to book on this workshop:

  • Please email jane@janemacphersonyoga.co.uk to check availability. Please note that all workshops are for maximum 8 persons.
  • An email will then be sent to you to confirm that a place has been reserved for you.
  • Once you have received this email, please transfer the workshop fee (£35) to: Sort Code 40 43 41. Account number 72006200. Reference. ‘Your name’ ‘New Year’ within 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days, I will assume you do not wish to attend.
  • A email confirming your place will then be sent to you.
