There are so many advantages of practising yoga throughout your pregnancy.
Yoga can help increase awareness between the body and mind and you will see and experience the effects of how your breathing will help you cope with stresses before during and after your labour.
From a physical point of view, yoga helps make space for your baby, both horizontally and vertically, it improves gaseous exchange to both mother and baby and can generally help you maintain a good body image and self confidence at this magical but sometimes overwelming time in your life.
You are very welcome to come to any of my classes where you will be able to practise many of the postures and take part in the breathing techniques. Some of the postures will be adpated for you and some I will caution you against to ensure you and your baby are kept safe and comfortable.
