For existing patients and yogis who would like to deepen their experience of postures that are tailored to their needs. This will also be an opportunity to receive intensive hands on correction and some treatment in the postures from Jane Macpherson Yoga teacher and Marianne Bennison or Mary O'Leary Osteopath.

Yoga Days in 2010

After searching for the perfect space for our Yoga days, I am excited to invite you to a series of yoga days throughout the year at The Meet, a meticulously restored 18th Century stone barn situated 12 miles west of Oxford.

Located amidst glorious Oxfordshire contryside, The Meet is the ideal setting for our Yoga practise. Offering superb facilities, healthy and delicious food and set within its own extensive grounds, I can guarantee you will have a truly enjoyable, revitalising and rejuvenating experiance.

I will be running 3 days this year - welcoming in Spring on the 20th March, an Indian summer day on the 25th September and then an Autumnal day on the 2nd October!
